WE WERE SEATED... as I was being explained Niklaus's plan... "So what do you say love?" he asked as I sighed "You are an idiot," I said as he glared at me 

"I agree with her Niklaus, we can't compel sirens... so how are you going to make sure they are loyal to you?" Elijah asked as Klaus huffed and angrily looked at the floor

"Fine... then why are you still here?" he asked me and I sighed "I'll be leaving in a few days... that's all I ask for," I said and they both looked at me with curiosity... "But why would you want to stay here, when you can go home?" Elijah's asked and I shook my head

"I was to choose a potential "suitor" and kill him at midnight to finish my family's tradition... If I refused I was to be killed as a traitor to the family name" I said and they looked at me in pity...

"Arlott's are the only one with tails right?" Klaus asked and I nodded "We have the merfolk gene as well... just most Arlott's are made of more siren blood than those who are merfolk" I explained and they nodded 

"We'll let you stay... if you help us on our journey" Klaus suggested and I sighed... "And how do I know that I can trust you," I said as he shrugged "That's what makes it fun love," he said as he left the room...

"What is the planning?" I asked Elijah who sighed... "He is insistent on breaking a curse that has been placed on him," he said and I was curious "Curse?" I ask and he looked at me in a melancholic look...

"Why are you looking at me that way?" I asked and he chuckled "I just hope you'll live to see another day, darling," he said and I didn't say anything more... "I had always believed that. sirens and mermaids were the same" he stated and I shook my head...

"Sirens don't have tails nor an aquatic form but we are connected to the water... while Sirens every hundred years have to do this sacrifice of those who are innocent to remain immortal and beautiful... merfolk don't have to do that" I explained and he nodded 

"How about powers?" he asked and I looked at him skeptical... "Why the sudden interest Mr. Mikaelson?" I asked as he chuckled "You're interesting Ms. Arlott" he said making me smile in return...

"Ok stop the flirting, how do you kill your species darling?" I heard as I saw Niklaus come in the room with the bronze dagger "I don't think I should say" I said as he sighed "Then what would happen if I stabbed you right now?" he asked and I sighed "I'd be in pain... but I'd survive" I said as he looked at me in an annoyed look...

"Niklaus stop antagonizing her" Elijah scolded as Klaus glared at his brother... "Don't tell me you've already fallen for her charms brother" Klaus teased as Elijah glared... "We both know that love is a vampire's greatest weakness... so maybe I can kill her to rouse you" he threatened 

"You know its quite the opposite for sirens... love is what makes us strong and the next time you threaten to kill me I'll make sure to make you suffer for it... you may not believe me in how I might die but I do know you can only die with a white oak stake," I said as they looked impressed but that didn't last long in Niklaus
