As I Look Out The Window

As I look out the window, towards the sky
I pray to the heavens that you'll always be fine
I may not be beside you, I may not see your face
I may not hear your voice, but it is you that makes my heart race

As I look out the window, watching the clouds take their time to pass
I know we're far a part now
But I will do my best to make this love last

As I look out the window, all my thoughts are full of you
I love you so much
Always forever, my love for you will be true

As I look out the window, I am praying and hoping with all my heart for the day
When I can hold you in my arms, and tell you face to face all the words I have been wanting to say

As I look out the window, I am yearning for your voice and your touch, more each time
And I am praying so hard for the day I when I can truly make you mine
