Danielles POV

After everything that happened on Monday, hearing Jack say those words just made me forget it all. I mean I've never had an actual boyfriend before let alone love someone but Its different with him.

He makes me smile, laugh, he knows how to calm me down and he cares for me. And I care for him so much.

It was Saturday morning and Jack and I were going to spend the day together.

Even though it was January it was a beautiful day out. I was wearing a long turquoise sundress with a jean jacket and sandals.

"Honey Jack's here," I heard my mom yell from downstairs. Even though Jack lived across the street, I love that he still comes into my house to wait for me.

I grabbed my purse and took one last look in the mirror before heading downstairs.

I reached the bottom of the stairs and heard my parents chatting with Jack in the living room. I never did tell them about Sam, I just didnt want them to worry.

I heard my mom laughing once I walked into the living room.

"What are you guys chit chatting about?" I asked putting my arm on Jacks shoulders as he sat on the couch making him look up at me and smile.

"Oh sweetie, you look gorgeous," My mother said as she stood up along with Jack.

"Thank you," I smiled at her. "You ready to go?" I looked at Jack, wearing a blue collar button up with a grey sweater over, light grey pants and brown shoes.

"Yeah" he looked at me and then back to my parents,"Thank you for the drink," he said smiling and shaking my dads hand and waving goodbye to both of my parents.

"You look beautiful," he said in my ear as we walked to his car.

"Thank you," I smiled giving him a peck on the lips before he opened the passenger door for me.

He got in the car and drove down the street.

"So where are we going?" I asked taking his hand in mine.

"You dont worry about that," he said kissing my hand. "I have it all planned out."

I gripped his hand tighter in mine and watched all the houses and people go by as we drove to where ever it was he was taking me.

He pulled into a parking lot and I looked out the window too see giant buildings all around. They were beautiful and I could tell they were older from the designs.

"Jack, what is this place," I asked as he opened my door for me and I climbed out of his jeep.

"This is Laboa park," he said holding my hand as we walked onto the pathway.

We slowly walked hand in hand down the wide brick pathway as he showed me all the buildings. He told me the background of this place, pointing and talking with his hands like my own tour guide. He was so cute.

In the middle of the pathway i saw a large fountain full of coins.

"Come on," I pulled him towards it. He pulled a couple of coins from his pocket and handed one to me. I turned around and closed my eyes holding the coin in my hand making my wish. I tossed it over my head and turned around to watch it sink into the fountain.

Jack did the same.

I smiled as I wrapped my arm around his waist and he wrapped his arm over my shoulder.

"So what did you wish for?" He asked me walking down the path farther.

"You know the rules, if I tell you it wont come true," I gave him a knowing look.

He just smiled and rolled his eyes at me. We walked down a smaller path that had what looked like little apartments on either side but were all closed up. Our hands swayed back and forth as we giggled to each other about random things.

Jack picked me up bridal style and spun me around as we erupted in laughter.

"Jack put me down!" I shouted still laughing. He spun me around one more time before setting me down and pulling me into a kiss. His hands were on either side of my cheeks as our lips moved in sync.

It was full of passion and his plump soft lips felt amazing against mine. He slowly pulled away looking at me and pushing a hair out of my face.

"I love you," he said looking deep into my eyes. It sent chills down my spine just from the way he looked at me.

"I love you," I said in the same tone giving him another kiss.

Jacks POV

I watched Danielle as she examined all the paintings and sculptures in the museums. But I couldnt take my eyes off of her.

She was a vision and I couldnt believe she was mine. Today I just wanted her to forget about everything that has happened. She didnt deserve any of it but she deserved a day like this. A distraction.

"You hungry?" I asked her as she sat down on one of the seats inside.

She debated the idea for a few moments. "Yeah a little," she looked at me. "Come on," I said barely a whisper.

I took her hand and led her to a little restaurant that was half inside and half out.

"For two please," I told the hostess.

"Right this way," she smiled at the both of us and lead us to our table.

"Can I get you two anything to drink?" Our waiter asked us.

"Can I just have a water with lemon please?" Danielle asked. The waiter nodded and then looked to me.

"I'll have the same," I said. "Very good sir, I'll be right back with your drinks," he said walking away.

I held her hand across the table and caressed it with my thumb.

"Thank you, for all of this," she said.

"You deserve all of this Danielle. After everything that happened I just wanted to give you something special," I half smiled.

"It really means a lot Jack," she smiled back at me. We both leaned in as we kissed then sat back down in our seats.
