So these are some of the first paintings I've actually done and tried new styles on. I most definitely used references from google on these cause I had no idea what I was doing.
I'm sure you can tell I really liked to do silhouette paintings in the beginning cause all I wanted to do was focus on the ombré and blending.
This one with the butterflies was my first painting in my art class. It was most likely about the different types of color schemes like monotone, analogous, complementary, and triad.
This one was my final project for the class. We were supposed to recreate a painting by a "master" and make a presentation about the artist and the are style. I did mine on Vincent Van Gogh's The Starry Night. You can't really tell but we were also suppose to make it pop out by putting layers of foam in between.
So for a while after we finished the final, I was a bit obsessed with doing this style called post impressionism. It takes a long time to make because we're supposed to see almost every paint stroke individually. But I had fun and it distracted me from life a lot so I loved it.
I also made one of the Hogwarts castle, but you can barely tell it's Hogwarts because of the colors I used, but I think it turned out pretty good so I'm proud of it.
Anyways that's all for now. So see you later, bye 👋😘
