Originally found replacing Venturion's suit at The Rig, this mechanical body of mass, rebuilt with old parts by Midas, is a remixed version of Tempest. Quite literally similar, both being storm-themed and not being fully human. Some could call him the long-lost Season X remixed counterpart of Tempest.
Cyclo was used for the device event to most likely contain the storm more so it's power could be used by Midas, who was probably in the suit at that time.
Cyclo is one of many Midas' counterparts.
