~At the hospital~

Carlos: WHERE IS MY MOTHER!!?? *running in the hospital*

Nurse: are you her son?

Carlos: Yes, Ma'ma, where is she?!

Chris: hold up, Carlos!!

Nurse: she up in room 218, but you have to be very quite, she sleeping-

Carlos: *runs to find the room*

Chris: thanks ma'ma. *runs after Carlos*

Nurse: what a family..

Carlos: room 214!, 215, 216,...There!! *runs inside of the room* 

Chris: oh man, you kids are getting to fast.. *runs behind Carlos*

Carlos: ....Mom?

Andrea: ....s-son?

Carlos: Mommy?

Chris: go see her..

Andrea: is that you Carlos?!

Carlos: yes, yes it is Mother! *walks to her and pulls aside the curtains*

Andrea: hey, baby...*coughs*

Carlos: hey..*holds her hand*

Andrea: hey there handsome..

Chris: hey, Andrea...*walks to Andrea*

Andrea: *coughs*

Carlos: ....*eyes starts to water up*

Andrea: *looks at Carlos*  don't cry baby..

Carlos: i'm not crying..

Andrea: remember when you were little, and when you got in trouble... and when i would yell at you, you would start to almost cry...?

Carlos: Yeah...and you would say :

Both: Are you fucking crying..i better not see no tears coming out of you..or i will whip you with a belt....*both laugh*

Chris: *chuckles*

Carlos: *lays his head on her lap* ...

Andrea: *strokes he's hair back* hey..

Carlos: yeah?

Andrea: not you..Chris.

Carlos: oh..ok..

Chris: yes, Andrea?

Andrea: can we talk alone?

Carlos: *gets up*

Chris: you know, Carlos

Carlos: i know...*walks out the door and closes the door*

Andrea: *coughs*

Chris: ....so? 

Andrea: if..i not make it...i made a will...

Chris: no, no, your going to make it..i know you will

Andrea: ....*shanks head No*

Chris: you have been my best friend..since we're in Second grade..and you have made it through a lot of stuff...and when i was being bullied...and you took that hit for me from that kid..

Andrea: cause your mom and dad didn't what to see a crying boy at their house..

Chris: yeah, but you did a lot for me...and-

Andrea: i want you to take care of Carlos for me...

Chris: he's 18, can he take care of himself?

Andrea: no...like watch him..so he doesn't hurt himself..

Chris: oh okay...

Andrea: and your still that kid who doesn't let me finish my sentence...

Chris: hah, your right..

~door opens~

Martha: Chris?

Chris: yes?

Martha: okay *walks to them*

Andrea: hey...Martha..*coughs*

Carlos: *walks in with Tabitha* 

Martha: hey there beautiful..

Andrea: heh..

Tabitha: hey Auntie Andrea..

Andrea: oh my gosh, i haven't seen you since your 18 birthday..you got so beautiful..

Tabitha: well thank you...

Andrea: i wonder why my son is with you..*smiles weakly*

Carlos: not for her beauty mother..*sits by his mother*

Tabitha: *hugs her mother*

Martha: ....

Andrea: ....*sleeps*

Chris: *holds Andrea's hand* it's gonna be okay, Andrea..

Martha: imma head out...do you guys wanna go with me?

Carlos: imma stay here..

Tabitha: imma stay with Carlos...is that alright with you, Carlos?

Carlos: yeah..

Martha: ok...cya guys when you get back..*walks out the door*

Chris: ...

Carlos: *holds Tab's Hand*

Tabitha: *lays her head on him* love you..

Carlos: love you too..

~2 Hours later~

Andrea: *heart monitor acts up*...

Carlos: Mom?

Andrea: it's okay, Carlos.....

Tabitha: *rubs his arm*

Chris: ...

Andrea: *sleeps again*

Chris: please...

Carlos: ..

Tabitha: *hugs Carlos*

Carlos: ...

Andrea: *heart machine goes down*

Carlos: M-Mom!?

Chris: it's okay, Carlos, it's her time..

Carlos: N-NO!! Mom!!!!

Tabitha: hey it's gonna be okay, Carlos!!

Carlos: MOM!!! * holds on to he's mother's hand*

Chris: Carlos, you can't bring her back...we can't..

Carlos: *sobs*

Tabitha: *hugs Carlos* hey~

Carlos: *lets it all out*

Chris: *hugs with them*  It's okay buddy..you know she loved you... she loved you more then she ever loved anyone in her life..

Carlos: *still sobbing* MOM!!

Tabitha: it's okay, bae...

Carlos: *sobs hard*
