On October 17, JYP Entertainment released a statement about TWICE’s Jeongyeon and her future activities.
The statement explains that Jeongyeon is currently experiencing psychological anxiety and after discussions with Jeongyeon and the other TWICE members, the agency has taken steps to give her a break and professional medical help in order to rest and recover.
As a result, Jeongyeon will not participate in promotional activities for TWICE’s upcoming comeback with “Eyes Wide Open.”

It's sad the Jeongyeon can't join Twice during their promotions. But just like Twice said, health is more important.
