{18} homecoming

lillian's POV)

I sit on her bed and Jenny hands me my dress "ok, lets change." she says, smiling , grabbing her dress as well.

Jenny loves dressing up, and I don't know why, I hate heels, dresses, and makeup.

I put on my dress, and I honestly didn't hate this one for some reason. It was long but it still felt pretty airy which I liked.

Jenny was wearing a white high low puffy dress with pink beaded flowers.

After we put our dresses on, Jenny does my hair then hers, finally makeup. She puts a darker nude eyeshadow on me along with highlighter and contour, and some red lip gloss.

Then she does her makeup, and now, finally, finally heels, I had 2 inch heels that match my dress, I REFUSE to wear anything higher.

Then boom, I'm ready for homecoming, Jenny pulls us to her mirror and takes a picture of us

"Hun we look gorgeous." she says smiling

"Thanks jenny, and thanks for helping me with all this girly stuff, I never really knew how thankful I am to have someone to help me with this."

"Aww Lillian!." he says squeezing me a little

I hear her dad call out "Lillian, Jenny, come down."

I nervously look at Jenny "they're here." she says with a little smile and grabs my hand, we walk down and out the door, then boom, we see a litarl limo!

They just got a limo!

"Oh my gosh!" I say to Jenny in disbelief

"Wow Lillian, you look beautiful, or like, fancy beautiful, cause you always look beautiful." he smiles and holds me a little box, it had blue and white flowers

"I got you a corsage." he says with a smile

"So did I." Chris says to Jenny, handing her a box, with white and pink flowers, and Jenny and Jenny both put them on.

Ace and Chris walk out, they each take our hands and walk us to the limo

We walk in and I see one other guy from the football team with his date, I look to see "you really did all this?"

"Well I mean, it was all 3 of us." he says talking about him and his two friends, then whispers in my ear "it was mostly me though." he laughs a little

"Hey what did you say?" Chris says laughing knowing we were laughing about something

"He said nothing." just then I notice lukes navy blue tie, and Chris's white tie with a pink flower embedded in it

"Aww you guys got matching ties to our dresses!" I laugh a little

At the homecoming we walk out the limo and go inside the school, when we get in the school is covered in blue streamers and fake bubbles making it look like it was in the water, which was pretty cool. They took pictures of us as they walked in.

We walked in and I immediately sat in a chair,Ace Walks up behind me with two cups of fruit punch "c'mon lets dance." he smiles handing me a cup

"In front of everyone." I complain taking a sip of the fruit punch

"Yeah, your acting like they hate you." he says sitting in the chair next to me "you realize Lexi, the girl who brought you down everyday, no one likes her anymore, it'll be fun." he says getting me up with a smile

"Ok, fine." I smile a little and walk with Ace towards where everyone is dancing. Ace jokingly does some weird dance which I laugh at a little and then we dance a bit together.

Soon a slow song comes and I put my arms around his neck and he puts his on my waist, we sway to the music looking into each others eyes

You know I never realized how beautiful his eyes are.. They're so deep and magical

God what is he doing to me?

After we dance for a bit I sit back down and so does Ace "so, Lilly, how has your first homecoming been so far?" he asks smiling giving me a cup of fruit punch

God I swear I have had like 15 already

I drink a little bit of it "well, it's been really fun, I mean, I had fun dancing with you, only bad part is these heels are actually killing me."

"Haha, you know you really didn't need to wear them, or the makeup, or really anything special, your perfect the way you are." he says playing with my wavy hair

"aww thanks Ace but I'm pretty sure the whole reason for a homecoming is to wear heels, makeup and a dress." I lean my head on him a little

"Don't thank me lilly, it's true." he says smiling and continues to play with my hair a little
