here we will need to use picsart and canva!
1. find a picture and blur it. i'm using wonjin this time because <wonjin3 best boy!1! and then go to picsart to blur the pics!! you have to go to fit. you can also adjust the 'blurness' there.

2. go to canva and make the design. i picked the color from the color picker (read the 'apps i use' part!) im not quite sure on how many px for wattpad covers but i usually finds it in the search bar, just search wattpad and it should pop up!!

then, you change the background into the picture of the blurred one!
