Star dess: It makes the user the spirit as well and its make the user change the clothes and make them have the symbol on the user when the spirit is in the battle
Water Magic: When Aquarius sacrifice her key the Spirit King bestowed Aquarius key magic to Izuku

Izuku has Celestial magic but it is to powerful just like Shoto Todoroki magic so there had to hide the power and Endeavor was mad at Shoto for not using his magic and Katsuki Bakugo bully Izuku for being Qurikless. And Lucy Heartfilia and Makarov Dreyar went to Japan because Lucy knew that she needed to find a new Celestial wizard and she did Izuku Midoriya because Izuku was born with this power so she give people that Izuku would know in the future the first key that Izuku get is Aquarius because on his 4th birthday his mum gives Izuku a gift and Inko told Izuku "A friend give her that key protect until you where 4 years old". Makarov went to UA and told the principal Nezu " That Lucy would be working here to keep an eye out of Izuku and she will be training him to use Star dress" and Makarov gives Nezu the Libra key which Lucy give him give it something to protect until Izuku was stronger for it.
