So why even try?
I know nothing will change
if I don't do anything about this.
But why?
Because I'm just supposed to agree.
Agree to what?
To what others say, do, or believe.
Why not just be yourself?
I lost the ability to do so 10 years ago.
I don't know how to act for myself,
I don't know who I am.
I can just imitate.
Imitate what others want me to be,
to please them with some character,
that was created just for them.
I'm a people pleaser.
I'm sure it gets noticed,
and it gets taken advantage of.
But
I won't,
Complain.
I will just,
Imitate.
