When Josh was losing his sanity Ken was the only guy who loved him and cared for him when ken left for work or Josh went to see a doctor alone the doctor answers made him almost kill everyone for making him think he had to lose his mate but ken never left only when Josh was staring to hurt him Ken left because deep down he had hope that the man he loved could still be saved
