WALL-E (OC Insert)

Chapter 2

V's POV

I wake up all tired and out of energy. My charge must be low. The only way for me and WALL-E to be fully charged is to get energy from the sun.

As I get out of my dog bed, WALL-E gets up as well. And he looked tired as well.

I get up and wobbly walk over to him.

After walking out of our home, WALL-E's solar panels come out and he starts to charge himself.

I don't have solar panels that come out like WALL-E's, but my solar panels are in my eyes. So I just need to look into sun to get charged up.

Once we were both get charged up, we go back inside so WALL-E can get his lunch box.

WALL-E puts his lunch box on his back and rolls towards the open door. I follow after WALL-E and stand there next to him as we look around.

We both sigh at the same time and step out of the home. But as WALL-E rolls only a few centimeters out, I hear a crunch.

Wait, a crunch?!

I look down to see WALL-E run over the roach.

WALL-E notices too and rolls back as he screams in shock. He bends down to see if the roach was alright. I did the same.

But good thing the roach was alright as it stands back up.

WALL-E and I sigh in relief, and WALL-E points into our home, motioning for the roach to stay there.

WALL-E and I head off to our next destination to clean up, well mostly for WALL-E to clean up.

Along the way, we find a few interesting items.

One of the items was a car key. WALL-E pushes the button out of curiosity and I my ears perk up when we hear a honking noise in the distance.

Another item was a paddle ball. I was the one who found it and gave it to WALL-E. WALL-E was pretty good at hitting the ball against the paddle, but it soon came to a point when the ball kept hitting him in the face.

WALL-E also finds a small box. He opens it and I see a ring inside. WALL-E throws the ring out and throws the ring box into his lunch box with the other items we found.

Other items we found include a boot and a trophy.

As WALL-E continues with his work, I walk off to see if there was anything else I could find. So far, I found... nothing.

I heard a spraying noise coming from WALL-E's direction, but I kept no mind of it. Moments later, I look in the direction WALL-E was in and see a fire extinguisher getting bigger and bigger by the second. I didn't know how it was doing that, until it hit me. Literally.

The fire extinguisher hits me in the head and I yelp.

WALL-E notices and rolls over in my direction to see if I was okay.

I bark in way that shows that I was alright.

But since WALL-E cared for my safety, he picks me up and puts me down on a few garbage cubes. He pats my head and makes a noise of satisfaction before rolling off to continue with his work.

After hours of work, WALL-E finds a refrigerator. He uses his laser, that was in between his eyes, to cut through the refrigerator door.

I walk over in curiosity and stand next to WALL-E. And what we find was shocking.

We find a plant.

I stare at it in amazement as I tilt my head. So does WALL-E.

WALL-E scoops up the dirt and the plant and puts it in the boot that we found.

After a while, we head back to our house.

WALL-E puts his lunch box down on the floor, but he makes a whistle noise as he sees something catches his eye.

I look in the direction WALL-E was looking in and see a red light.

WALL-E goes to grab it, but the light moves out of his reach.

I was surprised to see this.

WALL-E, with me following behind, rolls over to the light to try and grab it again.

But, once again, the red light moves. And it also takes off.

WALL-E and I both start running after the red light.

We chased the red light for a while now, and it has led us to an open area. It finally stops moving and WALL-E gets closer to it.

But we both notice that there are more red lights and there was also rumbling in the ground.

In confusion we both look up to see what looks to be a rocket coming down on us.

WALL-E starts screaming and rolls around in fear.

The fire from the jets of the ship surround us and there is nowhere left to go.

WALL-E thought fast and started digging down into the dirt. I run towards him and jump into the hole he made, before putting the dirt over us, so we can be safe from the flames.

After the rumbling noise stopped, we both peek our heads out from the ground to see the ship.

What is this thing doing here? And who sent it?
