chapter 040 — narrative !

Vinnie went to a
party with his friends ,
while blossom was
at some meeting she
had to attend for her
modelling career ,
so she told vinnie to go
alone and have fun which
he did .

Vinnie was having the
time of his life , he was
genuinely happy — he
partied hard , everyone
was jumping up and down
to the loud music blasting
from the speakers, some were
drinking and some were making out
but most of them were having fun
and living in the moment.

Bryce and some boys
were taking shots , everyone
cheered .

Vinnie sat down on the
couch alone , he
watched as Cooper walked
away in a hurry to answer a call ,
Kio walked towards the
male

" come on," he
pulled Vinnie up
from the couch to
where Bryce and
Josh were drinking.

Vinnie and the boys
were laughing away
as they talked ,

" its good seeing you
so happy" Josh told
Vinnie , he smiled
and thanked him

Bryce smiled ,
" its because he
has blossom ."

Vinnie agreed with
Bryce , " im just so lucky"

" yeah , you really are
lucky though" Kio
playfully smacked
Vinnies shoulder

The boys laughed ,

" dont worry, i'll
invite y'all to the wedding"
vinnie smiled cheekily .

" Vinnie !" Cooper
called from a far ,
he ran towards Vinnie .

He tries to catch his breath,
" i finally found you. we have
an emergency !" Cooper
held onto vinnies shoulders

" what isit ?" vinnie asked
now getting abit anxious

" Blossom got into an
accident on her way home ,
shes in the hospital now and
they said that she's in a coma
because it was pretty bad." Cooper
informs Vinnie .

" what do you mean
she got into an accident ?" Josh
stood up .

Vinnie stood there and blanked
out , he felt like everything around
him slowed down .

" Vinnie ! are you listening
to me ?" He tried to snap vinnie
out of his thoughts but everything
Vinnie could hear was muffled and
his vision was blurry because of
his tears filling up his eyes .

Vinnie pushed everyone away
and walked rushed out of the door ,
he drove to the hospital .

He was stuck in traffic ,
he hits his steering wheel
in frustration and breaks
down .

" fuck !" he shouted ,
trying to contain his
tears .

Once he was able to drive
freely , he speeds up
and drove as fast
as he could .

He rushed into the hospital
and looked for Blossom ,
he walked into her room but
he broke down into tears even
before he could reach her bed .

He slowly got up and walked
towards her , he held onto her
hand — it was cold and almost
lifeless , vinnie rest his head
onto his their hands .

" please stay with me"
