CHAPTER 6-Troll in the Dungeon

(Authors POV)
It was time for dinner, and since it was Halloween the dining hall was decorated with floating jack-o-lanterns and instead of the beautiful night sky you would usually see when you look up, it was replaced with thunder and clouds.

Blaise and Pansy were already at the table talking-

Well more like arguing...

"Blaise no, I'm not daring you to eat the whole cake" Pansy scolds Blaise

"Don't you remember last time when you said 'I dared you' to eat the whole platter of eggs?" Pansy explains

"Yes" Blaise mumbles with his head down

"And the platter kept magically refilling itself?" Pansy adds

"Yes" Blaise mumbles again

"Exactly" Pansy says

"What are you too arguing about this time" Ophelia chuckles

"Blaise is trying to make me dare him to eat this whole cake" Pansy explains, pointing at a delicious cake in the middle of the table

"Blaise, just...don't" Draco chuckles as we both sit down

The food was purely sweets so you can imagine what a bunch of 11 year olds would do

All of a sudden Professor Quirrel runs in

"TROLL IN THE DUNGEON" he screams

"TROLL IN THE DUNGEON"

"Thought you ought to know" he whimpers as he faints

The whole dining hall went crazy as everyone started running for the exit
Everybody started to yell and run for the exit. Draco screaming and quickly placing his sweets back into his plate

"SILENCE" Dumbledore shouts

"Now all prefects will lead their house to their dormitory quickly and calmly" he explains and we all head to our common rooms

"Guys, you do realize our dorm is in the dungeon" Ophelia shouts over the sound of people talking

"Where are we gonna go then" Pansy shouts

"I have no idea" Ophelia shouts back

"Maybe the prefects will lead us somewhere else" Draco says as the talking got quieter

"Or maybe their stupid enough to lead us to the troll" Blaise adds

"Come on everybody keep up!" the prefect says

As they all nervously walk back to their common room there were loud booms, almost like footsteps, but not coming from the dungeons

And to their surprise there was no troll in the dungeons. Some students went to bed while the rest just stayed in the common room waiting for a confirmation that the troll was gone

Draco and Pansy were sitting on the couch while Blaise and Ophelia were on the other couch across from them

Snape walks in and dozens of eyes dart to him waiting for what he was going to say

"The troll, has been taken care of" he says

People around us murmur while others go to bed now knowing the fate of the troll intruder

The next morning, they find out Potter and his friends went out and found the troll and knocked it unconscious

(breakfast/slytherin table)

"And they got rewarded for it" Draco complains

"But did they ever find out who let the troll in?" Pansy asks

"No they think it wandered in by accident" Ophelia replies

"Well, who knows" Pansy shrugs

"You know what I think it was" Blaise says shoving a mouthful of eggs in his mouth

"What if...Professor Quirrell let it in" he says with his hand over his mouth trying not to burst out laughing and spit his eggs all over Draco

"What makes you think that" Ophelia laugh

"Well he was the only one out when the troll got in, all of the tables were full and so was the teachers" he explains

"But..it's Quirrell...why would he do that" Pansy laughs

"I dunno..I was joking before..but the more I think about it, the more it sounds reasonable"

"Who are you? And what have you done to Blaise Zabini?" Ophelia asks

"What? I'm not just all good looks ya know" Blaise says smiling with toast crumbs on his lips

"I see" Ophelia stifles a laugh as she drinks her pumpkin juice

They finish up breakfast and head to class
