Shadow Beasts

Cars raced towards thehot air balloon while they soared above an canyon. They were heading towrads the desert. They landed on a high canyon and dropped down to a lower platform. Now all they had to do was wait for the rats to arrive. Over fifty armed guards showed up with guns in hand. Abelina's eyes sparkled and darkened. Oh, how she wanted to kill them all. It made her heartbeat quicken and she could feel the excitement building up inside her.

They demanded that the members of the troupe come down. Shalnark laughed and awed at the reception they had gotten. Shizuku was only worried about having to clean them up, but Feitan said they weren't worth it.

"Hey!" Uvogin yelled. They all looked at the large man.

"You guys can stay out of this. I'll take care of them myself" He announced. Abelina puffed out her lips and pouted childishly. Feitan looked at her.

"Don't pout. You can kill some people later" He comfotred. Abelina giggled and jumped on Feitan.

"You're so evil. I love you Tan-tan" She giggled. Abelina let go and they all watched as Uvogin took out the mafia.

One man walked up to him and they spoke for a few minutes. Uvogin smiled widely and chuckled. The man he was talking to shot him in the head. Uvogin's head shot back, but he looked back up with the bullet in between his teeth. The man in front of him freaked out as he lifted his arm. Uvogin smacked him and broke his neck in one blow he then grabbed his head and crushed his skull. He quickly began taking out the trash.

"His philosphy is simple. Be stronger than anything or anyone. Nothing more. I'd take a heck of a lot more than an ordinary gun to leave even a scratch on him." Nobunaga spoke.

"Physically he's the strongest." Feitan added.

"It's like watching a gorilla throwing a fit" Nobunaga continued. More cars kept coming and coming.

"You know just watching isn't much fun. Anyone want to play cards?" Shalnark asked. Abelina jumped for joy.

"Only if it's B.S!" She requested. Shalnark agreed and they began playing cards with Shizuku and Machi as well.

More men began to gather. This group had a grenade launcher that could take out tanks. Abelina scoffed and she picked up a card. A grenade launcher will only excite Uvogin.

"BS! I win" Abelina giggled as the others sighed.

"You're to good at cards Abelina" Shalnark whines. Abelina giggled at them.

"How else am I supposed to gather information?" Abelina threw her cards down again for another win.

Abelina perked up and looked out into the distance. Her eyes scanned the canyon as if she was looking for something.

"They're here. The fun will finally begin!" She told them. The other members seemed indifferent about what she had just said. Uvogin could easily take care then them himself.

"Uvo! They're here now!" Shalnark yelled.

"Hey! I wanted to tell him" Abelina spoke.

From below Uvogin watched as three of the Shadow Beasts made their way over to him. He told them not to intefere. Feitan seemed bothered by that. Shalanrk shrugged it off and asked of he wanted in on a round, to which he denied.

Uvogin's arm was pulled under ground and he was stuck there. He chortled and focused all of his nen into his fist. He then punched the ground, creating a larg crator in the ground. All that was left of Worm, the Shadow Beast who pulled him underground, was an arm. Poor soul didn't stand a chance.

The three others charged forwards. Porcupine, who can manipulate his body hair into needles, captured Uvogin's arm while Rabid dog bit throguh his iron skin with only his teeth. Abelina sighed.

"He really needs to learn to stop playing with bugs. It's best to rap them up and bite thier heads off quickly." Abelina spoke.

"They must be really skilled nen users. I'm impressed actaully" Shalnark added.

"Twelve" Abelina put down her card. Shizuku went next.

"That's thirteen." She said. Shalnark called BS on her, but Shizuku had a king. Shalnark  had a small pout on his face as he grabbed the pile.

"You want a hand over there Uvo?" The blond called out.

"Stay out of this!" He called back. Shalnark sighed and went back to collecting his cards.

Rabid dog bit Uvogin's leg and he fell over due to nerotoxins in his fangs.

"If he was using lethal poison the fight would be all over now" Machi informed. Abelina giggled.

"I want to kill them so badly" She spoke. Shalnark told her not to interven as he shuffled the cards for another round.

Leech put his leeches inside his body. Uvo let him talk for a few seconds befor he bit half of Leeche's head off. The two other Shadow Beasts seemed suprised. They talked back and forth but them Uvogin began sucking in air befor spitting out a piece of the Leech's guys skull. Rabid dog used nen to try an stop it, but it went straight through his hand and then his head. Porcupine was the only one left now.

All of a sudden every member of the troupe sitting on top of the raised part of the canyon covered their ears. Uvogin yelled loudly right at Porcupine. The cards went flying into the air and the ground began to shake.

"Hey what the hell you idiot! How about a warning next time" Franklin yelled.

"Want to burst our eardrums too?" Nobunaga asked.

"Sorry about that. I didn't want to give away my plan. Besides, the sound took awhile to reach you guys didn't it? You had plenty of time to cover your ears" Uvogin telled back up to them.

Shalnark explained that as long as Uvogin drank beer and peed as much as possible he would be fine. Shizuku was supposed out the poison with her vacume and Franklin went to town to get beer.

However, chains began to wrap around Uvogin's body. Abelina giggled as she watched Uvogin get yanked up to the other side oft he canyon. Machi used her nen threads to attatch a needle to him so they could track him.

"Did you see that?" Shalnark asked.

"Those chains came out of nowhere" Shizuku added. Abelina brought her fist to her chin and giggled.

"This is going to be so much fun!" She cheered.

"Couldn't you have just manpulated the space around Uvo so he couldn't be lifted?" Nobunaga asked. Abelina shrugged.

"Who knows?" She answered.
