Sorry I haven't updated in ages - it's been really hectic with school so i'll mainly be updating on weekends and half term.
That night, as she walked up to her room, Mia had yet another dilemma. She really wanted to tell Zoe and Simon what had happened but then the more people that knew the quicker it would spread and reach Mercedes. Soon she was at her bedroom and, as she opened the door, Zoe confronted her.
"Spill."
Mia looked at Zoe's face. She had been her one true friend and there was no way she could lie to her.
"Me and Alvaro will secretly be together until the divorce papers are completed."
Zoe gave Mia a hug and said " Well, i think it will be pretty hard to keep it a secret for so long but you two can do it"
"So long?"
"Oh trust me, i know. When my aunt and uncle were divorcing it took 2 and a half years because they had to first of all have been apart for two years before applying for a divorce and then they had to fill out paper work, figure out who would get custody of the children, who would get the house and loads of other stuff."
" Wow I'm guessing Alvaro doesn't know it will take that long. I'll message him now. Zoe....... Do you think i should tell Simon. It's not that i don't trust him, it's just.........
"He's not a good liar?"
"Yep"
"Well I think you should tell him, but maybe in a few days?"
"Yes ok"
Mia's phone vibrated.
"Alvaro?"
"Juanma. What does he want?"
