Before we start I wanna say I'm working in Procreate. I use the Studio Pen, Soft Brush, and Medium Blend. Any brush that has a hard edge and softer edge will probably work.

Okaaayyy, step 1 First things first, you need a base and a base color. Get the shapes you want fleshed out and all that jazz. I would've made the base color darker but I'm in a rush sooooooo... make it whatever color you want. ((:
