Chapter 3

Few moments later

We were almost finished. Just a few more tugs and we were done with the posts. That’s when I saw it. It started to tip. I gasped. The tools were right underneath. While it was cashing down, I ran towards them, shielding them from the impact. Everything went black for a while until I had an intense ringing in
my ears.

With the others

“Is everybody okay?” I heard Ty asked.
“If you call exhausted and humiliated okay, then sure.”
I got up as the tools came rushing out. My back let out some sparks as my eye lights flickered.
“But Mandy isn’t.” Ace said.
Revvit checked my battery to see it shattered. He gasped as he looked up.
“She’s in critical condition. She needs power to keep her memories in tacted.”
He then looked at the supercharger that was in my pocket.
“A supercharger? Where did you find it?” He asked completely shocked.
“I found it flying around. It had a pretty glow to it, I had to get it.”
He only smiled when he took out my battery then inserted the supercharger. I felt much better.
“How are you feeling?” Waldo asked.
I revved the supercharge as my body glows a bright blue.
“Better, well rested and extremely energetic!” I shouted the last part as I started to run around.
“What did you do?” Dozer asked.
“She found a supercharger. So, I’ve inserted it as her power source until I’ve fixed her battery.” Revvit explained.
“What if you can’t fix her engine?” Skya asked, concern.
“She’ll have to live on superchargers.”
“She can’t live on it forever. She’ll never survive.” Ty said concerned.
“I kinda like the new speedy Mandy, but I also miss the old slow- and easy-going Mandy.” Ton ton sighed.
I rushed into the canyon as the others followed me.
“Man, she was fast enough when she’s not charged up.” I heard Dozer groaned.
I then came to a halt. There it was… a hive of superchargers. My eyes glowed brightly with joy as the others come behind.
“Hey, what’s happening?” Ty asked me.
“I just found a SUPERCHARGED JACKPOT!!! Being supercharged feels great!!”
“Aw man, I can’t wait to get supercharged! Amanda is having all the fun.” Ton ton giggled with excitement.
“You trux are trouble when you’re not supercharged. What will you think they’ll do when they’re supercharged?” Waldo grumbled.
“Don’t worry, Waldo. They’ll be careful. Isn’t that right, guys?”
“By the way, my supercharger is wearing off.” I pointed out.
“I could tell, you’re not glowing again.”
“Aww, I loved that glow. It gives off a pretty effect.” I pouted.
Revvit watched me before saying,
“I have an idea. But it’s best if we don’t tell you.”
“You know that’s a bad idea, right? She always finds out.” Skya told him.
“She wouldn’t expect it.”
I tilted my head, then I heard a buzzing sound. Looking around as I sniffed the ground.
“Okay, she got a scent.” Ty announced.
I sniffed on the left side of the canyon before crashing my head against it. The crack revealed a nest filled with superchargers.
“She’s legendary.” Skya amused.
“Let’s get this back to the garage so we can try these out.” I smiled.
“Agreed. I can’t wait to be supercharged.” Skya agreed with my idea.
We eventually got back home with more than enough superchargers so we and power up the others and finish our build. One by one, the reptools charged us up and gathered up. Ty then came out.
“Uh…” I started.
“What’s going on?” Dozer asked.
“Yeah, dude. You don’t look, you know, charged up.” Ton ton told him.
“Huh. I guess I forgot to turn it on.” I said.
He slowly charged up then roared loudly. We stood there shocked.
“Now that was cool.” Dozer awed.
“Let’s super trux it up!” He exclaimed as we started to build the build.
