"Hello?" {Chapter 9}

You woke up but you didn't wake up next to Killua which was odd because you guys share the same bed, so you decided to text him

uh, i dont know

-You-
What're you doing right now theenn

-Killua-
i dont know

-You-
LOOK, I AM TRYING TO HAVE A CONVERSATION WITH YOU, BUT YOU JUST KEEP SAYING "i dont know" ITS ANNOYING

-Killua-
okay

-You-
IM DONE WITH YOU SJDBSJ

You pouted because Killua wouldn't tell you anything, and you were very annoyed about that

You went to your closet to go get dressed, because you were going to go find Killua even if it's the last thing you do

'If i were Killua, were would i be?' you thought to your self as you walked out of your house; you kept thinking until a thought popped into your head 'I could go to the ice cream parlor!' so you did exactly what you were thinking and went there

-Time Skip-

You arrived at the ice cream parlor but didn't see Killua, you decided to go to a chocolate factory of some sort because you knew he loved chocolate

You got out your phone and opened up your maps to see if there was any kind of chocolate shop near by that you could walk to "Yes!" you said after seeing a chocolate shop thats 5 minutes away in car, but sadly, your mom hasn't bought you your own car yet

You started walking to the ice cream parlor, you were at least 10 minutes into the walk until you see a tall guy with long black hair, with bug eyes; he was wearing green "Ah, Hello there" The guy said to you, you just stared at him until he said something else to bring you out of your thoughts "Hello?" you slightly jumped "Oh sorry! Hello"

"I'm looking for a teenager with white hair, he's about 5'2, have you seen him around anywhere?"
he questioned "Er- what's your name?" after you said that he very slightly raised his voice "I said, I'm looking for someone with white hair, have you seen him anywhere?" the strange guy smiled slightly

"No, i haven't seen somebody like that around here" you lied because you didn't get the best vibes from this guy "Oh, well sorry for bothering you, have a great day" he walked away "You too!" you giggled nervously

You started walking to the ice cream parlor when you feel hands grip your face from behind, "I know you're lying, you're way too obvious" he said while using his other hand to grip onto your body

The guy took something out of his pocket, it looked like a phone, the guy opened the messages infront of your face and showed the messages between you and Killua "I'm his older brother, Illumi, i found his phone lying around here. Tell me where he is"

You started sweating because of how nervous you were, 'how am i supposed to tell him i don't know, he's obviously not gonna believe me' "I-i'm not sure" you stuttered which made it look like you were lying even more

Illumi freed you from his grasp and grabbed your hand to take you away somewhere when you feel something grab your other hand

You turn away from Illumi to see Killua, you sighed from relief to know that Killua was okay and safe "Let him/her/them go" You looked back at Illumi and he just walked away but Killua kept a firm grip on you, It did hurt a little but you didn't mind as long as you didn't go with Illumi

Authors Note- I'm sorry i havent updated this story in a while, i'm sorry that this is so short, and sorry if its all over the place because i didn't double check it, but i would like to know how you feel about me using "her/him/they" or would you just like me to use "they/them" in my stories, let me know what you like better please
