The next day I had a free period I sat in the library with Pansy when Harry, Hermione and Ron came in, I told pansy what had happened so when she saw Harry She stood up and pointed her wand at him, I turn around and see them standing there, Draco still had my wand so I was kinda helpless
The 3 pointed there wand at Pansy I stood between them
"STOP!" I shout, they all lowered there wands
"Pansy just sit down it's fine, and what do use 3 want?" I ask stubbornly
"Can we talk a sec? In private" harry asks
I look at Pansy and nod me and Harry go inbeetween some book cases
"Y/N I'm so sorry.. I didn't know about Malfoy and I shouldn't of hit you I deserved that punch and I understand you like Malfoy so I won't get in the way I'm really sorry and if you don't forgive me I totally understand-" before he can finish I cover his mouth with my fingers and start giggling I move my fingers and hug him
He hugs me back and I move away "you didn't need to Carry on, I forgive you just let me explain about Malfoy"
"Really you don't need to I understand." He replies
"No I want to" I smile at him and lightly drag him to a small quite table
"So basically as you know my Parents are friends with the Malfoy's so when my parents had to go on a business trip over the holiday i stayed at the Malfoy's and after about a week of him hitting on me I guess I just fell for him I wasn't planning on telling anyone to be honest." I say
"Did you sleep with him" Harry asks Coldley
I gulp and nod wall looking away
"Okay.."
"Are you mad at me?" Harry puts on a fake smile and replies with "no"
"Good, still friends?" I ask softly
"Yeah." He replies
We go back to the others Ron gives me a look but still hugs me and Hermione supported my choice me and Pansy left and go to our next class, Charms
We arrive at class, Draco insist I sit by him we wait for everyone to come in and we start class
"So class today we're going to be learning a spell called 'Incarcerous'." Professor Flitwick saids
Ron puts his hand up and asks what the spell does
"Very good question Mr.Weasly, you should have a little book infront of you go to page 37."
I am going though the pages when Draco taps my book with his wand and it flys open to page 37, I look at him and tut wall he's smirking at me
"So if you see this spell will Bind a victim with magically conjured ropes" Professor Flitwick explains
Tracey Davis raises her hand and asks "sir how will we do that?"
"We will be going outside and testing on Dummy's, you will be pairing up" he saids
Everyone gets excited asking their friends I look at Pansy she smiles then I look to Draco who seems to have already decided my Partner
"I have already picked the pairs, and for some fun you 2 houses will be mixing" Professor Flitwick adds on
"So here is the partners
Hermione Granger and Daphne Greengrass
Ronald Weasley and Blaise Zabini
Seamus Finnigan and Tracey Davis
Dean Thomas and Gregory Goyle
Fay Dunbar and Vincent Crabbe
Neville Longbottom and Draco Malfoy

Draco sends Harry a tough look wall Harry looks at him smugly
Before anyone can move I put my hand up an say "Professor I've lost my Wand" I lied Draco still had it
"No worry I have a spare come get it off me when where outside"
"Thank you Professor" I say
We all partner up and go outside
We stand by our partners and Professor Flitwick demonstrates
He moves his wand in a knot position wand at the Dummy and saids "Incarcerous" ropes fly out his wand binding the Dummy
"Now all go find a Dummy and practice the spell and I will be around to see how you all go"
Professor Flitwick gives me the wand and Me and Harry walk up to a Dummy next to us
"You first" Harry's saids
I softly smile and attempt the spell "Incarcerous" a dozen ropes come out my wand and fly everywhere
"Sorry." I say everyone looking at me
Harry starts laughing and manges it first try
"How-" before I can finish
"Practiced it last year" Harry saids softly
I was still trying but couldn't get it, everyone had finished but me
"Let me show you" Harry saids softly everyone watching
He puts his arm around my waist and with his other hand he grabs my hand with my wand in and moves it into position "Incarcerous" I got the spell everyone starts clapping and I go red
"Thanks Harry" I hug him and see Draco he looks furious I break the hug and Harry turns around Draco pulls his wand out and so does Harry, Professor Flitwick had went in beacuse we still had to learn a new move to the spell
Hermione pulls me towards her and everyone circles the two
"Rictusempra" Draco shouts Harry is fell to the floor uncontrollable Laughing all the slytherins are Laughing, Ron trys to disarm Draco but is hit with a binding curse by Goyle Hermione tells me to stay wall her, Lavender and Dean help Ron
Draco got distracted by Ron he lifted the spell by accident Harry stands up and shouts "Stupefy" Draco is flew back into a wall
Blasie and Crabbe help him up I go to help but Harry pushes me back Draco sees this and gets really Angry and shouts "Confringo" but as it is about to hit harry he shouts "protego" blocking the spell
Draco quickly hits him with "Expelliarmus" Harry's wand flys into the air and into Dracos hand
The slytherins Cheer wall Ron was just getting up, Professor Flitwick runs outside and breaks the circle
"WHAT IN LIVING HELL IS GOING ON HERE" He shouts
Harry and Draco are Taken to there Head houses
All of us our questioned I'm last and I sit inbeetween Draco and Harry in front of Professor Snape and Professor Mcgonagall
I sorta guessed that the gryffindors told the truth and said Draco and the Slytherins lied and said Harry
"So Y/N who started the fight?" Mcgonagall asks me
"I don't remember Professor" I reply with
"Okay let's make a deal, you don't tell us who and it's detention for the whole year" Snape saids
