NINE MONTHS!!
Nine months. My mind repeated that time with disbelief, was absolutely unbelievable that nine months ago I had to leave my nation, a people immersed in one of the greatest human conflicts.
I was born in the USA, but my parents, grandparents, and almost all my family were born and lived much of his life in the Gaza Strip, were Palestinians, I for my part, I had grown up in that culture, even when it had rooted many customs of Western culture always were learned behaviors, because it had never left Gaza, did not knew another place that was not that, and if this is not outside my reality would not have had to do it unless it was for fun.
Year ago and half before travel, the harassment began, I was forced to leave my home with my parents, in the hope of returning and to continue with my life, with all that loved to do, return to my home, this is my story, the story of a teenage girl who is a victim of the conflict in the East half as many, but that as few have managed to survive... or at least I have succeeded so far
