I say giggling

He walks behind me too the kitchen where my dress lays down on the counter

I hold it up by the hanger and show it to him

J: ohhh
He smirks at the dress
J: when are you planning on wearing this?
K: tomorrow

He narrows his eyebrows

K: party
J: the hell

He mumbles

J: where's the rest?
K: oh, yeah. There are little devil ears with it and then like thights-
J: no, i mean. Where is the rest of this

He says grabbing the dress out of my hand and holding it in front of him

K: what do you mean? This is the whole outfit

Scoffed looking at me

K: what?
I ask seriously

J: and where exactly do you think your going in this?
K: a Halloween party
J: from who?
K: someone from school
J: and who is this person?
K: Trevor

He raises his eyebrows by the hearing of a guys name

K: I'm probably not even gonna see him. Don't worry.
J: Who's gonna be there
He places the dress back on the counter
K: people. Just people from school. Even Ads is coming with me and Larray, Avani, Emma, Maya.
J: mhm

He grabs a whiskey glass and pores some in

K: nope
He sighs as i pull the bottle out of his hand

K: no, no, no. Don't sigh at me. It's too late for you to drink.
J: i just don't want you to wear that dress to a party where i'm not even gonna be
K: nothing bad will happen.

I say, cleaning his glass with water.

J: i know. And i trust you, but what if one of those guys gonna hit on you?
K: i turn them down
J: what about your period?
K: that's why it's red. I'm won't go to crazy and be hone again in an hour or two
I pore some Ice Tea in his glass and hand it to him

J: but what-
K: what's the worse thing you can think about what would happen?
J: worse thing that would happen?
K: yes.

He takes a sip and i sit down on the counter

J: you go to the toilet and leave your drink somewhere. When you come back you keep on partying, dancing, drinking, whatever. You start to feel weird and realize that when you went to the bathroom that some guy drugged you. He drags you upstairs and without you having any clue what's going on he rapes you.

This all, because of a red, short, dress?

K: babyyy

I pull him between my legs as he still looks down
I lift his chin slowly up, forcing him to look at me

K: that won't happen. I promise
J: yeah?
K: how about this? Every time i go to the bathroom i give my drink to Avani.

I give him a soft peck on his nose

K: and i tell Addison that if she thinks i'm off that she HAS to call you to pick me up

He nods smiling again

K: remember how you always tell me not to worry, because now i want you to not worry

I say pointing a finger at his chest

K: but i'm going to pop off! I'm sorry baby, but i have some shit to loose
J: that's okay. As long as you like it
K: of course

I smile

Our moment gets cut off by his work phone going off

He rolls his eyes and answers the phone angry

"Yeah?" He says to the other person on the phone
"No, get someone else to do it" He snaps

He looks frustrated.

I suddenly feel him stroking my hair behind my ear.

The heck

"No, no, no. I ain't doing shit now"
He softly traces his thumb against my cheek.

I just stay still with my legs open as he still stands between them and my hands just on ny thighs

"Don't you dare start without me, because if you will-"

He narrows his eyebrows with his hand still on my cheek

"Exactly. Bye" he hangs up

He puts his phone down again and looks at me with a smile

K: what was that about?
J: nothing sweetie

He kisses my nose as i rap my arms around my neck

K: o-okay
J: i'm not going back to work yet. Don't worry

I nod and lay my head on his shoulder

K: i-i'm tired

Without saying, i feel Jaden picking me up and bringing us to the stairs

K: wait! I want one with me to bed
J: alright

He sets me down by the couch and i pick one out.

K: this one?
J: perfect
He smiles

I hold my arms up again, signing him to pick me up again.

I give him a kiss on his neck and close my eyes

K: your so cute
J: you too

I smile against his skin as i feel myself getting laid down on the bed
