"Im not jealous of the two!" Mari said stomping her feet with a scowl on her face. The two blondes are getting closer than I realized.

"Sure you aren't" I tease my poor friend. Mari always flushed so easy when I tease her. Her face turned red and turn away "Whatever. Lets just go!" She grabs my hand and we left them alone.

I tried to make a joke but I see the tears in her blue eyes and feel bad. I didnt mean to make her cry! I feel like the worst friend ever.

"Hey Marinette. Its just a joke" I said softly "Im sorry if I push you too far" Marinette sniffed but glanced at me.

"Its not your fault. I been a coward to tell him thats all" She said with a wobbly smile and I tried to protest "Mari-" She cuts me off.

"Dont Alya please" I nodded reluctantly as we made our way to the mall after school. She wiped her eyes quickly.

"Im not jealous" I heard her mumble as we entered the big building. I sighed sadly looking down at the floor.

Suddenly I realized that I hurt my friends feelings by making a joke out of her being jealous. Pushing her to confess to him..not caring about the results.
