Context about a drawing I have

So uh

I'll post the drawing when I find my sketchbook

I can't find idk if I left it at school or I'm being dumb and can't find my backpack

It's me experimenting with side facing characters

Context:

It's Russian empire why do I fangirl over him

The background is some park in Kiev, Ukraine. I know it's Russia but i liked the setting

Also huge wing

He's on his knees holding a flower while looking over somewhere

I'm proud of it djdijejs

ALSO-

I was supposed to draw a black double headed eagle flying over him but I was lazy

ALSO ALSO-

I have two versions of him

1 with huge wings and 1 that uses a black eagle as transportation- might draw him holding onto the eagle while pointing a sword at someone (possibly soviet)
