This method involves writing down and making a script then reading it before going to bed with the paper under your pillow. Remember think good positive thought like you will do it. Don't stress and just relax. For the script you can add how you look , what's your name basically anything you want to happen. You Can be really specific on your script like one whole day = one minute here. Make sure you to put a safe word if you are a beginner or if it's just make you feel comfortable. If you are doing this method then make a book for you can go back and you won't ruined it like just a paper. If you don't like this method or it's don't work for you it's ok.
