Hi everyone, thank you so much for choosing this book to read. This is my first novel and it has been very challenging to write it so I hope that you like it. I do have a few things to point out.
The first being that this is for MATURE audiences. I recommend this for 17+ year old but I obviously can't control who reads it. I just wanted you to know what this book entails. The only mature things in this book is swearing and sex. Also, this novel is about lust vs. love with the main characters being in a friends with benefits relationship and it does start off a little toxic but it's gets healthy later on.
Also, one of my characters name is Tommy Martinez. He is a real person who is an actor. I did use his real name and face claim. So, therefore I am only using him as a fictional character meaning the in this book, none of it is real.
I identify this as a interracial romance. Yes, this book is casted 95% black but because Tommy is Hispanic, it makes in interracial. I say that because I've seen a few people label this as a black romance and I'm definitely not trying to take anything away from black love.
This story is inspired by many things. Love Jones, Insecure, Good Trouble, plus music from my playlist. However, this entire book is fictional. The story itself is completely original with my own ideas and thoughts.
Fair warning that this story will contain hot steamy sex, foul language, hella diversity, sappy moments, & tea-filled intellectual conversations. The young adult life you always wanted.
