As a teenage girl of course there was always that time of the month. Ugh. Yes the one week where you just wanted to sleep and eat all day. And I was on mine right now. But as a runner I couldn't just stop in the bathrooms in the maze to change your tampon/pad.(sarcastic). So I had to wear one for the whole time I was in the maze. ¡DONT DO IT CAN GIVE YOU TOXIC SHOCK SYNDROME! (Also mention, TSS isn't a thing in this story. But it is a real life thing and I don't want to seem like I don't think it's a problem bc it is, ok bye ilyyy)
I was running out of the maze to see my handsome boyfriend sitting by fire they just started. After changing my tampon I went and sat by Newt. "Hello my love" he says smiling. "Hi baby" you said also smiling. "How are you" he was the only person who knew you were on your period. "I'm ok thanks for asking" you say. "Hey Y/N" Frypan said. "Yeah?" "Can you try this?" he asks holding a thick liquid. Frypan always came to you for food advice. "Sure" you said standing up. You were about to drink a little until you felt arms around your waist.

"Can she try later?" Newt asked, and then you knew who the arms belonged to. "Good that" Frypan said confused but agreeing. "What was that about?" You question. "You bled through your pants my love" he says trying to draw as little as attention as possible with his front covering your blood stain so no one else can see. You could feel yourself blushing as red as a tomato. "Oh no" you say. "No it's okay love" he said as he spins you guys around so you guys are facing the other way (idk if this makes sense but like you were facing the fire with Newt covering your stain. Then he turns you guys around 180 degrees so you guys are facing the other way) he then starts to walk you guys to your hut as you say "Thank you so much". "Anything for you my love" he says. You guys finally reached your hut and he said "You can get some comfortable clothes and bring them to the showers, and I'll tell the guys you aren't feeling good." "I love you Newt" You say. "Not as much as I love you, Y/N". He says gently before giving you a long and passionate kiss and heading back to the fire. Man, you had the best boyfriend.
