Harry POV
I watched as Hermione cheerfully walked twoards the DADA class room. She was ecstatic at being able to finish school.
As we walked we talked about random things like the weather or quidditch. Finally the conversation ended up on US. We had avoided the subject for a little bit but I decided to talk about it.
"Will you be my girlfriend 'Mione?"
She just stared at me like I was crazy. I could see the emotions in her eyes and felt a sudden overwhelming sense of dread.
"Uhhhh it's okay if you don't like me just asking!"
My voice came out sounding more fearful than I had ever heard it. My heart was beating rapidly in my chest as I waited for a response.
"I would love to"
I smiled at her as I reached for her hand. Our hands locked together as we walked down the corridor.
As the large wooden door came closer I flicked my unoccupied hand and they moved open revealing someone I never expected to see again.
Remus Lupin's ghost was floating at the front of the classroom.
