It's a sunny day. The blue sky partially covered with grey clouds and the occasional light sprinkles of rain.

The cool November air rustles the changing colored leaves on its branches, as you walk with Levi side by side. Hand in hand, the both of your boots clicks against the cobble stone road with each step.

Today is the seventh day, and also Furlan's last day of assessment at the hospital.

Both you and Levi are going to the hospital to see the results. Walking through the old wooden double door of the hospital, that creaks as it opens and closes.

Quickly the both of you walk up the stairs. Reaching Furlan's hospital room, as you knock on it rapidly before entering.

There was no response from the other side of the door.

As you open the door.

The both of you stood there in surprise.

There was no one in the room. Not even a nurse. The bedsheet and comforter laying idly on the bed rumple in a lump, as if Furlan had just got up.

"Furlan?" you quickly call out his name, as you swiftly walk to the bed side. Placing your hand on the bed to feel for any warmth.

There was none.

That means Furlan had got out of bed, way before the two of you arrived. You look around for any signs, as Levi glances into the bathroom conjoined with the bedroom.

"Not here." Levi frowns at the words he just spat out.

The two of you quickly rushed downstairs, as you continue to look for any signs of Furlan.

Levi goes to the reception and asks the nurse at the counter.

"Have you seen the patient, Furlan Ackerman, in room 223. Or Nurse Leani?" Levi's grey eyes dawns on the nurse, as the nurse sitted at the counter looks up at Levi with hints of fear in her eyes.

"Um..I'll check the records. Please wait a moment. Is there a problem?" the nurse says, as she hastily opens a book, keeping the ins and outs of patients at the hospital.

"Furlan is not in his room and the nurse isn't there either." Levi replys.

After inspecting the area, you go to stand by Levi at the counter. You watch silently as the nurse's finger slide down the page.

"Furlan Ackerman" the nurse speaks, as her finger slides across the page to the time table, "is still in the hospital, Sir."

"Furlan is not in his room. Where is Nurse Leani?" you ask.

The nurse glances at you, then looks over her shoulder, the nurse says, "Have any of you seen Nurse Leani? Responsible for the patient at room 223. For Furlan Ackerman?" the nurse calls out to the other nurses stationed at the counter.

The nurses all shook their heads. Except one with the brown hair, she says, "I can check the time card."

One of them got up from her seat, to look for Nurse Leani's job time in and time out card. The nurse looking for it flips through some cards between her fingers, "Nurse Leani." the nurse calls, "is still on the job."

Soon the message looking for Furlan and Nurse Leani, were notified through out the department.

You look to Levi worriedly, as he puts an arm around you.

Just then a nurse comes running down the west hall and towards the two of you.
Her white clogs *pit pat* across the beige tiled floor as she ran.

"Mrs. and Mr. Ackerman?" says the nurse halts in front of the both of you.

"That's us. Have you found our son?" you ask hurriedly.

"Yes." the nurse gulp down with heavy breathe.

The both of you let out a sigh of relief, as the nurse notions you to follow her.

Soon, the two of you were led to what looks like a daycare center. There were other kids there.

And with much relief, the both of you see Furlan inside playing with the others. The nurse quickly got in and called out Nurse Leani. Who you see frankly looking around, then meeting the eyes of Furlan's parents through the glass window that separates the room.

Nurse Leani quickly rushez out to greet the both of you.  "I'm so sorry. I should have left a note or something. The doctor came by earlier than expected for the assessment. And I thought I'd bring him here to pass time , while we wait for you to come."

Levi let out a sigh of frustration and relief, "Very well. As long as our son is safe. Nothing else matters. How's the assessment?" Levi asks.

Nurse Leani notions the two of you to follow her into the daycare center.

As you and Levi enter the daycare center. Furlan's eyes immediately met yours. He jumps up excitedly. "Mommy, Daddy!" he cries out of happiness, and rushes bare footed across the padded floor off the play area and onto the beige tiled floor.

Levi eyes Furlan's bare foot and immediately picks him off the ground and hold him into his arms.

Furlan hugs  Levi tightly, then leans over Levi's arm to hug you, which you hug back happily as you feel the warmth of your son  in your arms.

Nurse Leani shows you a paper of assessment from the doctor, which the doctor says that all is well for Furlan. And he can be discharged today after one of his parents signs the diagnosis paper.

Both you and Levi scan the paper while Nurse Leani explains each part carefully in her own words.

You signed the paper and quickly hurry to the reception, handing in the paper.

Nurse Leani bid the three of you farewell, while bowing apologeticlly for causing a frantic situation for his parents to thinking that something had happened to their son once more.

The three of you walked back home.

Once back, Furlan said he wanted to take nap in his room, so you told him that you'll wake him up for lunch. And so Furlan nods sleepily at you and resides into his own bedroom, closing the door behind him.

It's still too early to prepare or go out to have lunch. You look at Levi sitting on the living room couch, and stroll to him, sitting down next to him.

You lean against the seat and curl your legs up onto the cushioned seat, as you gaze at him.

Levi rests his head onto the backrest of the couch, his grey eyes looks back at you.

"We have 3 hours before lunch, what do you want to do, Mrs. Ackerman?" Levi says as he brushes his fingers through his black locks, giving you a slight smile.
