as if she wasn't frustrated enough, she had to go see the serial killer today.

she got out of her car and walked to the doorstep, the door instantly flying open.

"i thought i told you-"
"my moms orders"

he moved out of the doorway as she stepped in and stood by the couch.

"take a seat" he said.

"i dont plan on staying long"
"you dont have to hate me because im protecting you"
"anyways, why are you killing people?" she asked blandly.
"is this for you or your notes?"
"what do you think?"

"you literally told me not to come back. i did my job and now im leaving"
"you dont have to leave though" he said while running his thumb over her lips.
"if your trying to seduce me, its not working so im gonna go and if i see you in my room, i'll taze you"

he watched her walk out and into her car before quickly driving away. he turned around at the set of footsteps walking down the stairs.

"and what are you gonna do now?" anthony asked.
"i dont know. she hates me"
"no she doesnt. sometimes what you think you say, isnt always how it comes out"
"i just told her i wanted to protect her. after what bryce tried, im not taking any chances with her"
"are you really letting bryce get to you?"
"kinda. he just told her about my family. if she was gonna know, i should have been the one to tell her"
"is she scared of you or something?"
"shes not scared of me but she's just a little more distant or worried"
