Dark places everywhere
They surround me with fear as I fear them
They stare me down with their dark shadows
Praying on my down fall as I hear them
As I try to beat them I fail
I walk towards them they feed off my energy
Horrible thoughts on my mind as they remedy
Using laughs as bandages to heal me
My circle gets smaller and smaller
As the dark places get closer and closer
I'm surrounded by darkness I can't breath
As I try to find my light I can't see
I'm playing hide and seek with the light
I can't find it as I fail once again
as I put my pain into my pen
Dark places as they all come together
Feeding off my thoughts
I'm broken into puzzle pieces
As I need help putting them together
But I don't got no help
I'm confused I love a lot of people
I don't even know if I love myself
One day ima find that light
As it starts with myself
It ends with myself
I don't want to be afraid no more
As I walk into the darkness defeated
I get more and more mistreated
Misunderstood as I ask for help
Playing with the cards I was dealt
My hand is useless as the shadows look
Reading what I got in my book
One day ima go into that darkness
No fear as I walk in heartless
They will fear me that's their fear
One day ima find that light
Like the moon ima shine in the night
Ima be in plane sight
Everybody will see me
This just the start of my pain and a new beginning of Greatness
