Frederick Linwood. A wizard that most only knew through legend, and who in which legend claimed to know everything about. The stories said that he was very powerful, possessed the ability to perform every sort of wizarding talent, and crafted his own wand from scratch.
He was also said to be the one who plucked the two orphaned babies from the sky the night their parents were killed.
The story of the orphaned babies was its own legend in itself. Its spinoffs ranged from the twins dying before Linwood could reach them to the pair growing up to save the world. One factor of the legend was always the same, though: that the babies' parents were murdered by a ruthless dark-talent wizard in the maze on the Laibertson Academy grounds.
The reason why is another part of the story that always branches off in a different direction. Some say that the wizard felt threatened by the babies' parents, and others say that they tried to kill him first.
