Erika said going up to him Jake looked at Anthony

"He-" Anthony was about to say what happened but Jake shook his head no
"He what?" Sunny asked
"I was high and drunk I ran into a pole" Jake said
"A big pole" Anthony said rolling his eyes Jake death stared him
"Does it hurt" she asked touching it jake grabbed her hand
"I'm fine" he said then the bell rung
"Let's go to class" sunny said breaking the silence they walked to class

-after school

"I'll see you tomorrow" Erika said and kissed him Jake kissed back and she was about to walk away but Jake grabbed her hand pulling her back
"Where's your car" Jake asked
"I came walking"
"I'll drive you" he said
"No!...I mean you don't have to I can go walking it helps clear my head" she said
"Get in the car princess" he said kissing her cheek and opening the door for her she got in and he got in and drove to her house

On the way Erika kept trying to convince Jake to leave her down the street but Jake drove all the way to the front of his car

"Your dad isn't even home Erika " Jake said with a chuckle
"But my step-mom is- what are you doing" she asked as she saw Jake get out the car and opened her door
"I'll walk you to your door"
"No jake it's fine you already drove me home"
"Please I won't leave until I walk you to your door" he said she nodded they walked up to her door
"Thank you" she said
"Kiss" he said she giggled and kissed him
"One more" he said pulling her in and kissed her softly she kissed back until she was pulled back by her step mom pulling on her hair
"Oww" Erika cried
"Shit up you slut" her step mom said
"Let her go!" Jake yelled her step mom pushed her inside
"Leave my property now before I call the cops" she said
"I leave but with Erika and what gives you the right to treat her like shit your not her mother" he said her step mom slapped him Jake clenched his jaw he was now angry Erika got in front of him
"Please go" she said tears running down her face
"I'm not leaving without you" he said
"Leave!" The step mom yelled
"Why don't you shut the hell up!" Jake yelled back her step mom slapped him again pulling Erika in and slammed the door in his face Jake kicked the door and walked to his car slamming his hands on the steering wheel

Then his phone ringer

"What!" Jake yelled
"Damn I was just going to ask if you want to hang out"
"No I don't actually Erika is probably getting hit by her step mom by now and I'm doing nothing"
"What what are you talking about"
"I dropped her off and she saw us kissing and fucking slapped me and told me to get off her property or she'd call the cops" Jake said angry
"Calm down bro we can't do anything"
"Yes I can ether She lets me take Erika or I knock her door down" he said
"No jake Don't get into more trouble-" Jake hung up

Jake got out of his car and went up to the door and started knocking hard yelling

"Look what you do" her step mom yelled
"Let me go" Erika said pushing her off standing up her mom slapped her making her fall on the couch and they heard Jake knocking
"Open the door!" Jake yelled
"Jake?" Erika said about to go but her mom pushed her down
"He didn't listen so now I'm going to call to police "
"No please he already has trouble with the law!" Erika cried
"Your boyfriend is a criminal wait until you father finds out" she said calling the cops

Jake kept knocking until he heard a voice

"I told you to stay away from my house and my daughter" her dad yelled
"And like you told your wife I don't care what you say you don't scare me!" Jake yelled
"So tough why don't I give you a beating so you know to stay away from my daughter" her dad said
"Your my girlfriends dad so I won't fight back I respect you I don't know what is your problem with me"
"I know what you want you just want to get in my daughters pants then leave her with the package and how stupid Erika is she'll do anything you'll say but I'm her dad and I'll protect her for guys like you" her dad said
"Your judging me without knowing me I'm not like that I care for Erika and you talk about protecting her when all you do his hit her"
"Shut up leave my property!" His dad yelled pushing him Jake pushed him off himself
"Get off me I'm trying to be calm and talk things out your the dad of my girlfriend but if you provoke me I will fight back and just a heads up I know how to defend myself and very well" Jake said

her dad pushed him more Jake lifted his hand up in a fist but fell to the ground once Erikas step mom hit him with a bat causing Jake to fall Erika ran out and held him and Anthony stopped in front of her house quickly getting out and running up to them

"What the hell happened"....
