With Gia

Chapter 1

Abby's POV:
Today is Thursday and we have one more day till our competition tomorrow at starbond.
We have three solos Maddie's solo that is called Timeless it is lyrical, Chloe's solo that is called Wishing, and Brooke's solo that is called Missing Waters.
We have one duet with Kenzie and Kendall called Walking Away and it is contemporary.
And the group is called Walk Me Home and it is lyrical and Maddie is the lead.

Right now I am working on the duet and it looks good, but I'm worried if Kenzie will be able to pick it up since she is so much younger than Kendall. 

"Kenzie; no you keep doing that wrong we have one more day left fix it"I yelled she nodded and we restarted the combo.
"Abby"Mellisa walked in and said
"Yes"I said
"Maddie forgot her tap shoes at home, so I'm going to get them"Mellisa said
"Okay just get back in time for Maddie's tap private"I said
"Of course bye Kenzie"Mellisa said Kenzie waved bye and Mellisa and Maddie left.

An Hour Later
It's been an hour and Mellisa still hasn't came back with Maddie and now Maddie is late for her private.
I don't have time to wait on Maddie so I'm going over Chloe's solo while I wait on Maddie.

Chloe's solo looks stunning she's really taking my corrections and using them to be able to beat Maddie.

I have now finished Chloe's solo and sent everyone home and Maddie and Mellisa still aren't here; I'm getting kinda nervous cause I don't know what I'm gonna do with Mackenzie if they aren't coming back here today.

"Gianna did they answer"I said when I got to the front desk where Gianna had been trying to get ahold of Maddie and Mellisa for the past hour
"Nope; still nothing"Gianna said then the phone started ringing
"Maybe that's them"I said and Gia picked up the phone.

Gianna kept nodded and saying okay with a smile on her face as the call went through; then halfway through the call Gia's face fell from a smile and she looked like she was about to cry

"Yes thank you for informing me we'll be there in a few mins"Gia said and got off the phone.
"Get Kenzie now we're heading to the hospital"Gia said and I felt a sting of fear fill my body
"Gia what's wrong"I said
"Mellisa and Maddie were in a awful car crash; Mellisa died on scene and Maddie is in critical condition at the hospital"Gia said and felt tears stream down my face Mellisa was gone and there was a chance I would lose my star dancer
"I'll get Kenzie and we'll meet you in the car"I said wiped my tears and headed to the den

"Hey Kenzie" I said when I arrived to the den
"Hey is mommy back yet"Kenzie said
"Listen there was a car crash that your sister and mom was in"I said
"Are they okay"Kenzie said with tears forming in her eyes
"Well Maddie is in critical condition, and your mom died on impact"I said and I saw Kenzie's little heart break and she started to cry.
"Aww Kenzie it's okay"I said and have her a hug she was hysterical; her mom was gone and nothing I could do would bring her back
"Come on let's go see Maddie I'm sure she would love to see you"I said
"I guess"Kenzie said and we headed to the car and headed to the hospital.
