Barrier: she can make a barrier around people and her the barrier is strong enough to take big hits.
There are no downfalls.
Healing: she can heal anyone and herself the only thing is even if she don't activate her quirk she will still heal herself.
Summon: she can summon any weapon of her choice
Also she can make her tail sharp enough to cut someone.

Pet: she can turn in to any animal
Downfall: if she stays in it too much then she'll be kept as it for a while but she can still talk.
