Arin and Jaehyun was both succesful idols but because of their companys' mistreatment, the groups departed. So the Choi siblings decided to do investment with their money. They found a small company and putted their money there. That was how the Diphylleia Entertainment was born.
The siblings' main purpose is to make the trainees and idols comfortable, they don't want any trainee/idol to go through what they did. The Choi's want to make sure no idol/trainee would try to fit theirselves in unrealistic standarts.
