Next day

I was at the meeting with Zeus talking about the plan already, I was intimidated by the thought of failing this mission but I knew I could let my thoughts get to me because if I have second thoughts I'm sure I'll fail.

"You will have to go in disguised in the forest and attack the titans, but remember you are mortal so be careful, ah also how could i forget we got you two special gifts for this trip"

Gifts?   "Bring in the gifts!" Zeus shouted out. I could faintly hear feet tapping on the floor. I wonder what gifts they got me. I turned around and what I saw froze me.

It was a horse white as snow and a man was carrying a silver bow and arrows also, are these my gifts?

"So (y/n) you might be wondering what these gifts are about so let me explain, As you can see this silver bow and its arrows have magical powers that only you can activate" Zeus states as if he was reading my mind.

"Wait a second so does that mean if anyone else sees by bow and steals it wont have power anymore?" I said slightly confused, do these weapons actually exist? But how do they work?

As if Zeus was reading my mind again he answered "Yes you see humans are very greedy creatures if they ever saw a weapon of silver they would immediately take it away, so this meaning that if a human that's not you ever takes away your bow it would work". Wow I was amazed by this.

"As for the horse it yours to take, it's not any other horse, you see this horse is special it has great speed and it's immortal, not only that but it can also detect danger basically meaning it would be able to detect titans". Wow the horse was very beautiful, the white fur was soft and clean

"With these two gift you will be able to survive and complete your duty, but that's also based on what you decide to do with these two gifts". I nodded my head understanding that this was all up to me for now.

"Sir i um do I have to talk to these humans or do I have to hide myself?" I asked as my heart started beating fast in my chest.

"Well my plan was for you to hide your identity in the forest, we can't risk a chance of humans finding out who you really are, so for the meantime you will have to hide in the forest from humans and do the titan killing there". I was slightly relieved by what I heard. I was scared of what they could possibly do to me if they ever found out about me.

"That's mostly it (y/n), you will have to go by night to the Titan territory and set up cam somewhere safe in the forest where you are away from danger, not only from titans but from humans as well". I nodded my head again and bowed before leaving to get ready for my departure.

As i entered my room i changed into a short white dress so i would be more comfortable in this mission

I prepared enough food for at least a month or some weeks and water. My mom was busy trying her hardest not to cry.

"Mom, I already told you i'm going to be alright, i'm not gonna die any time soon only Hades can decide that" I tried to calm my mom down but i couldn't, she was even more nervous than i was.

"Just promise me that you'll come back in a month".

I grabbed her hand and gave her a reassuring squeeze "Yes mom i promise that i'll come back in a month, don't worry about me i'll be fine, as long as i have Snow with me"
