Amara's POV:

I am Amara Lozano, a pureblood witch who will be returning to Hogwarts one more year to finish and graduate.

Since the war happened many didn't go to Hogwarts to continue their year. Professor Mcgonagall now as the new Headmistress, greatly decided for all the students to come back and finish their year.

I was sorted into Slytherin as both of my parents were in Slytherin in their time at Hogwarts. But they died trying to save me from Voldemort for not being his followers.

The Weasley family were like my second family. They took me in as one of their own after I met Ron on our first year at Hogwarts and told them how I did not have a family. I'm very close to the golden trio as I helped them find the horcruxes. Though I am not as close to them as I am with Ginny. Even though she is a year younger than me, she is like a sister I never had. We would tell each other everything, crushes, drama going around and stuff like that. She is currently dating Harry which I knew would happen before she even knew she had a crush on Harry. But that's besides the point.

Since I just turned seventeen on August 27, I am now able to talk to my "soulmate." I've been to scared to listen to music as I don't know what I would do if my soulmate started to talk to me. Everyone wants me to try but I just tell them i'm not ready and they stand by that. Also why I would I love them.

I'm excited to go back to Hogwarts to see what's new after the war. The only thing bad thing I don't want to see is Daco Malfoy. Malfoy has been bullying me and I've been bullying him since our first year. We've never gone a day without fighting, and if we did the next day would be worse.

Let this year be one of the best years to come. But we all know that never happens in the wizarding would though.
