Calliope's p.o.v-
Over the next 5 years several things have happened.
1. Dr. Reyes became a mother figure to me
2. 4 new kids arrived at the facility
3. I developed more mutations
The first person to arrive was Roberto. He's a year younger than me. His mutation is basically turning into a walking fire ball. After him was Sam. He's a few months older than me. He's like a cannonball. He can fly around in the air but has trouble landing. A few months later came Rahne. She is 3 years younger than me. She can turn into a wolf. It's pretty cool. Last but not least is Illyana. She's around 2 years younger than me. Her mutation is kinda hard to explain. Her whole right arm turns into an armor like material with a sword and she can open portals into her special place. In short, she's kinda like a witch.
The first time i found out about my new mutations I was scared. I found out I can turn invisible, I now hover 2 inches above the ground. The only time I touch the ground is when someone is holding onto me or I strap myself down to the chair or bed. When I fall asleep I occasionally float because of a nightmare or a dream that feels to real. I also found out that, to an extent, I can read minds.
Everyone started calling me their sister in a few short months. Well, everyone but Sam. I thought it was because he didn't like me. Then I found out that he did like me. And because I felt the same we started dating after getting to know each other a little more.
