I'm scared and cant sleep..

I have been up for the past 2 hours and can't go to bed.Im currently at my grandmas house spending the night and I keep on hearing strange noises she did tell me about how she thinks there's some spirit in her house,and all I have been doing for the past couple hours is read,and watch YouTube and no one and I mean NO ONE is awake right now just me.Im scared because I've never dealt with any paranormal stuff YET so I'm just getting kind of freaked out.I also took medicine to help sleep but it's not working 😃💢 I'm WIDE AWAKE JESUS...I'm just scared rn that's about it

I JUST HEARD A CAR GO BY AND THOUGHT IT WAS A CHAINSAW 😭

Oh and I'm back from my break
