Quirk: Trouble
Quirk def: Every time said person is around trouble occurs. This only happens to people they deem a threat in some way. The larger the threat the person is, the more trouble they'll get into to.
Drawback(s): when the trouble occurs to said person it can sometimes effect the user as well. Same with the people around them.
