Finally, this was the moment he was waiting for.

"Welcome to mi casa!"

Chris followed Tekit into a garage unit that he called his home. Although it was kind of messy, it looked quite homey.

The garage had some sort of workbench placed in the corner, a bunch of tools and parts sitting on it messily. An open laptop was placed on the floor on the side of the workbench, plugged into a power outlet in the wall. On the other corner of the same wall sat a very dirty sofa, the color so stained that you could barely tell that it used to be green. A small chunky television sat on a tiny wooden table in front of the sofa, the television was visibly weathered. In the center of the room, a bunch of scraps of metal lie on the floor, a puddle of oil stained the hard concrete floor right next to it. Lastly, a fridge was backed up against the wall, a couple random fridge magnets stuck to it.

Chris looked around the room, setting the duffle bag with his villain attire in it on the floor. "Whoa. This is where you make all of your tech? That's insane!"

Slick entered in after the two, pressing a button on the wall to shut the garage. "I-I know, r-right? That's w-what I th-thought when I f-first s-saw th-this place."

Chris walked up to the workbench, staring at the parts scattered messily across it. "Where do you get all of your parts?"

Tekit replied quite nonchalantly. "I killed all of those shits in the auto repair place down the street and stole everything."

Chris' jaw dropped. "Really?"

Tekit was clearly trying to keep a straight face, but was failing. Eventually, he just started laughing. "No, I'm just kidding. That's my backup plan if I ever run out."

Chris raised an eyebrow. "That still doesn't answer my question."

Tekit let out a chuckle. "Well you see... there's this thing called Amazon. You can order shit and it comes straight to your door. It's great."

Chris made an o shape with his mouth. "Oh. That... surprisingly makes a lot of sense."

Tekit walked over and picked up his laptop off of the floor, unplugging it and walking over to the couch. "Yeah. I got a radio on here, we could just chill for a while until we hear a report on a crime. The chances of a crime happening tonight should be quite high, especially at the dark hours."

Chris pulled out his phone, checking the clock. "It should be like a good few hours before the sun sets."

"Alright, I guess we'll just hang out for a bit. Do you guys want to do something?"

Chris shrugged. "I don't know, sure. But what?"

Slick reached into his pocket, pulling out a familiar red box. "Y-you guys w-wanna play U-Uno?"

"Heck yeah."
