"Really Gibbs, this is my jurisdiction!" Agent Tobias Fornell said.
"Tobias it's a dead NAVY lieutenant! It's my area!" Gibbs argued, Leroy hardly lose's an argument,
"Im ringing director Morrow, let's see who has this case."
"Ok go on," Fornell agreed

"Ok sir, I will tell him thanks," Gibbs ended the call with a click.
He walked over to agent fornell and said,"Director said it is to be a shared investigation, me and you take lead, come on read me in."

"Where is Ducky?" Tobias wondered
"Palmer probably got lost again. Just like he did when he thought there was a 'j' street in town," Gibbs answered.
"Boss, found something," Kate called out,"I think we have found ourselves two cases one recent and maybe one committed around 2 weeks ago, according to the coverage of nature and the blood is old and dry.
