I sighed. This was taking forever. I finally pulled out my Imparter and hailed Sophie. She answered and blew out a breath.
"Sophie, what's going on?" I asked her. "You look like... You look bad." I said.
"I'm sorry. There's a lot going on and I need to get more information." Sophie said.
"What is it?" I asked. "I can help. I saved us in Ravagog. You know how powerful I am. All of us are powerful. You don't have to do it by yourself."
"It's not that. I need to find out more about what we need to do. There's this crazy thing going on. I'll update you tonight. I promise." she clicked away before I could protest.
