It was only a couple of weeks before the entrance tournament came up. But those couple of weeks flew by with practices every day and only getting harder each day.
"I don't think I can move," I said during lunch
"I told you to be careful" Tsuki mentioned
"My apologies for not being as conditioned as you are" I spat out Tsukishima gave me a side look
"Sorry," he said
'Huh, I guess I struck something in him' I thought as he usually didn't apologize like that.
"I'm going to get a drink," I said getting up and walking to the vending machine to grab water. Taking a swig of water I tossed back two Advil gulping down the rest of the water
' I wonder if I can get Ukai to let me sit out this practice' I thought leaning beside the machine. Closing my eyes I slowly let my mind drift off. That was until the sound of something hard against metal perked up my ears
"Well hot stuff, what are you doing here alone?" opening one eye I saw that it wasn't Haru but someone completely different. He was taller but muscular with piercings and some tattoos on his arms that showed from his short sleeve shirt. I opened my eyes and looked around
"You talking to me?" I asked closing my eyes again
"I don't see anyone else but you here, sweetcheeks" the name ticked me off
"Can you just leave me alone? I don't' feel like dealing with this today" I told him
"Why, don't know if you can handle this?" I imagine him gesturing to himself
"I don't want to deal with assholes who they are all that" I shot back
"What did you say" he threatened banging the machine close to me. Sighing I opened my eyes and glared at him seeing now that he had me trapped against the machine with one arm
'For the fucking love of god' I tried to move away but was stopped by his other arm
"Where do you think you're going sweet thing," he remarked. I was fed up with this. Grabbing his arm I twisted it. He fell to the ground on his knees. I put his arm behind his back and stepped on his back too
"Listen up asshole. Leave me the hell alone. Don't ever talk to me again or next time I won't just twist your arm until it hurts. And tell any of your friends or whoever thinks it's cool to mess with me that if they do. Blood with being spilled" I let go of him and moved off his back "Got it?" he cradled his arm and nodded fear apparent in his eyes as he looked at me. I walked off grumbling under my breath.

'What the hell! That Advil was supposed to work. I'm still fucking sore' I thought walking into the girl's locker room to change. After I was dressed and in the gym, I laid down on the ground groaning softly "Stupid Advil" I mumbled
"Alright everyone line up, we're going drills" Coach Ukai announced
"Coach, can I sit out for this practice?" I asked
"Nope, everyone has to do drills, come on"
"Please I've taken four Advil already and they've done nothing. I'm so sore" I whined Coach Ukai seemed taken back by this
"Maybe she should sit out coach" Suga called out
"She only recently joined the team. She's not used to this coach" Dachi added
"We don't need one of our star players not their best when the tournament comes around" Tanaka defended
"Ok you can dit out for one practice" he accepted
"Thank you!" I said slowly relaxing and closing my eyes.
Eventually, Mika fell asleep accidentally as she laid against the wall on the floor. During a water break, everyone noticed her asleep
"Damn she's asleep" Hinata pointed out
"Tsukishima you've know Mika the longest what is she like when she's tried?" Dachi asked Tsukishima stopped drinking his water and thought
"Her patience shortens so she gets irritated more easily. She's also short and snappy with conversation or silent"
"That explains why she flipped that guy today" Nishinoya mentioned
"She what?" Asashi asked
"Yeah, I guess she was annoyed by this guy because one moment he had her trapped between the wall and a vending machine. Next thing the guy is on the ground with her hovering over him with his arm twisted behind his back. Tanaka and I were walking in the courtyard when we saw it" Nishinoya explained
"Yeah, it seemed to shock everyone that saw it" Tanaka added
"That's scary" Tadashi said shivering at the thought. Everyone looked at the sleeping Mika with a hint of fear and admiration for the tiny girl.
