(18) Choice !!!

Shriya's pov:

5 days passed and today we are leaving for our farmhouse where I would be getting married to Rudra... I was sitting on the bed all ready while the servants were loading my luggage inside the car

I was lost in my thoughts when someone patted on my back... My chain of thoughts broke and I looked up to find Arshita standing there

I gave her a small smile while standing up and then hugging her "Is Bua accompanying us" I asked slowly in a hope that she would also accompany us

Arshita shakes her head in a 'No' whereas I kinda felt bad "She doesn't want to see your life getting spoiled with Rudra... And next she is not ready to face mama ji after that incident" Arshita said and I nodded

"Manu and others will reach by tomorrow evening to attend the wedding day after tomorrow" Arshita said

"Do you think Rahul will come " I asked whereas Arshita shrugged her shoulders "I seriously don't know anything about him right now ... Cause neither of us hasn't met Rahul since last 5 days " Arshita said and I nodded

"Should I suggest you one thing " Arshita asked and I looked towards her "What " I asked

"Run away from this wedding" Arshita said whereas I shake my head "c'mon Arshu... Talk sensible" I said

"No I'm serious I and Manu will help you.... We'll sneak out from here and" Arshita was saying when I cutted her "Soo that dad makes all of your life's hell right" I asked and she became quite all of a sudden

"He can do anything Arshu you are taking him lightly ... I blame Rahul that he backed off with our relationship due to dad because he fears him... His fear is not wrong because he can actually finish Rahul's career " I said and sat down on the bed

"Firstly I lost mom, now Rahul left me and I can't lose you guys too " I said while shaking my head whereas Arshita keeps her hand on my shoulder "Always remember that we'll be your side everytime you need us " Arshita said whereas I passed her a sad smile

"He also promised me that he will not leave me and I trusted him soo blindly" I said while looking out of the window trying to hold back my tears

"I'm not able to get over him Arshu... Why did he do this to me " I said while my voice broke in between whereas finally a tear also slipped down my eye

"Just forget him chia... It's like he was never a part of your life" Arshita said "Do you think that he ever loved me because if he would have loved me then atleast he would have thought about me before taking this big decision" I said while wiping my tears and looking towards Arshita for an answer

"Personally I think there is some reason.... Rahul is definitely hiding something from us .... Like he has been behaving soo strange since last one week " Arshita said and the thing strike in my mind

Before I could say anything a servant enters the room "It's time to leave ma'am... The car is ready and Mr Dhawan is waiting for you " He said and I nodded

I and Arshita walked downstairs and found dad standing there instructing the servants in keeping the things... He looked towards me and Arshita "We should leave now .... Rudra and his family had already reached the farmhouse" Dad said

I nodded slowly and then I and Arshita both went and sat down inside the car.... Soon dad too came and we all left for the farm house

All the time I was thinking about what Arshita said and maybe it can be true... Is really Rahul hiding something .
