when i have successfully shifted i will know because my eyes will open & i will smell ( scent) and someone from my dr with tap my (tap place) to wake me up
my dr will pause until i return
i have a watch with my cr time on

my clone will not let anyone know i have shifted
my clone will rember everything
i will be energetic when i return
to come back to my cr i will (movement)
my safe word is ____
when i return i will remeber everything that happend in my dr
-no lasting pain
i will wake up to my alarm in my cr
