they want to "promote" your story but guess what, it's a virus. My friend ( @White_Crewmate who right now is inactive because of this ) had clicked the link, and unknowingly he was locked out of all his apps and wattpad (he told me this a few days back before I got this message) had been locked down for "maintenance" when clearly there was a virus.
