Scenario 1: You're a friend of Joseph's and a user of Hamon. Though yours was a bit stronger than his since you've trained with it rather than Joseph who used it without proper training. You both were headed to Italy to meet Caesar Zepelli whom Speedwagon knew and immediately off the bat, Joseph and Caesar did not get along. Joseph thinking of him as a womanizing creep and Caesar thinking of Joseph as a complete fool who did not know how to use the Ripple. Of course, you had to put up with their constant bickering and they'd always drag you into their arguments and make you agree with one of them such as right now during their childish argument.
Scenario 2: You are a mutual of Caesar's and met up with him, Joseph, and Speedwagon to examine the pillar men located in Venezia. Unfortunately they had awakened and the four of you realized that upon seeing Marc get half of his body absorbed by one of them. You challenged the one known as Whamu to a battle. At first, the three pillar men laughed at your words but Whamu was interested in your courage and determination so he accepted your offer to fight.
